1. Will you oppose the use of eminent domain for taking property from one private property owner to sell or give to another private property owner?

2. Will you oppose distribution of contraceptives and counseling for abortion in the public schools?

3. Will you support legislation to protect the right to life of the preborn, the handicapped and the elderly?

4. Will you support the individual citizen's right to keep and bear arms?

5. Will you oppose any proposal to grant similar legal status or extend the benefits of marriage to same-sex or unmarried partners, such as same-sex marriages or civil unions or any form of registered partnership?

6. Will you support the right to work without joining a union or being required to pay dues or fees to a union?

7. Will you oppose any instruction in the public schools that presents homosexuality or promiscuity as an acceptable alternate lifestyle?

8. Will you support parental notification and consent for students to participate in controversial instruction, i.e. sex education, death or divorce education, AIDS education, values clarification etc?

9. Do you support the "Tax and Spending Control for Nevada" initiative?

10. Will you support the Federal Marriage Amendment should Congress pass it on to the states?

11. Will you support citizen use of referendum & initiative petitions without excessive restrictions?

12. Will you oppose efforts to force Nevada to grant legal status, issue driver's licenses, provide benefits or grant the right to vote to illegal aliens?

13. Do you support establishing a standard for outdoor advertising that would protect us and our children from exposure to sexually explicit displays?

14. Will you support the concept of school vouchers in which the money follows the student to his or her school of choice, whether public or private?
